The purpose of the club is both for gardening and preserving history, where members help with the upkeep of Anderson’s Mill and Museums as well as the grounds.  They also provide tours and history lessons to those attending open events at the club.  Some members are quilters who work as a group to make a quilt to raise funds for scholarships.
